Orders are usually despatched 2 - 5 working days after your order is received. Exceptions are bespoke, customised items that may take a few days longer and items that are specified, at the bottom of the order page, as having a longer turnaround.
Goods are shipped via national next-day couriers and Royal Mail Tracked 48.

If you change your mind about an item, or have received an incorrect item, we offer a no quibble returns policy.
You may return unwanted goods up to 28 days after delivery.
Exchanges are not offered, please return the item(s) back to us for a refund and place a new order. Exceptions are customised items which cannot be returned unless faulty or any personalisation is incorrect based on the original details submitted at time of ordering.

If you change your mind once you have placed an order and have not yet received your goods you may be able to cancel your order. We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so please contact hello@signalco.co.uk, quoting your order number as soon as possible. If your order has already been despatched you will need to return all the items in the order and will need to pay postage costs.
